About

This is an online journal, a voyage of discovery through creative, financial and wellbeing advancements I am trying to make on a personal level

This is NOT financial advice or professional advice in any capacity, treat as entertainment and always seek professional advice on finance matters and do your own research

The blog will follow my creative and financial goals, to get not just get out of a post lockdown and post covid slump but hopefully also improve my financial status as I head towards retirement. To re connect with my creative mojo, and also to improve mental and physical wellbeing, to eat, sleep and exercise and improve life generally

Where possible I will endeavour to make this entertaining, but also educational, inspirational and uplifting. There may be completely irrelevant parts to your tastes and there may be some that are spot on, I’ll try and categorise these so you can pick and choose as you see fit

I’m also getting more and more interested, or maybe that should be concerned with environmental issues so where possible these will be taken into account. So the up-cycling projects are an obvious eco friendly area but not only that I’ll endeavour to use environmentally friendly products, packaging, materials and anything else I come across sand use in my projects. I can’t guarantee they will be 100% ecological but I will certainly try, If anyone has any suggestions or alternatives please get in touch and I will try correct any issues where possible

Later on I hope to add YouTube and other social media outlets, these are unlikely to be monetary but in order to ‘give back’ a little and as an outlet for more educational or inspirational posts where a picture, or video, can be worth a thousand words. I’m not promising blockbuster quality editing or production values but being in the technical field I at least know one end of a camera from the other

If all goes well I may expand upon this and possibly create an email list, a YouTube or Patreon community for sharing of ideas and community support, but that’s far off at the moment so I’ll just get started for now…
